2010 Sporting Challenge
Once again the build up had been intense and expectation high, with hopes of the old guard being at last deposed, letting the young blood stroke the silverware for a change.
On the evening of the 8th July the weather didn't appear that it would defy all the forecasts and stay dry, but as fortune had it the rain held off and the wind continued to blow in a reasonably consistent direction for the group 'A' heat.
The first heat had 13 eager contestents, but there could only be 5 put through to the final.
With a clean card of 30/30 the outright winner was.............The Hough!!!
